"Ei turhaa purkamista" is a development project exploring new ways to make the reuse of vacant buildings easier. The project brings together architectural and real estate expertise to help assess the potential of existing buildings, compare alternative uses and support informed decision-making — prioritising renovation and adaptive reuse over demolition and new construction.
Funded by: European Union.

The visual identity combines deep green and bright yellow to connect sustainability with the urgency of rethinking how we use the built environment. Yellow acts as a signal for highlighting, while bold blocks evoke building elements, in contrast with fine lines. Tilted brand elements introduce a dynamic, stamp-like quality, reflecting an active, hands-on approach to change.
